Truly the best post-acute rehab facility in the nation, conveniently located in upstate South Carolina.
The facility is great, but I'm unsure of some of the CNAs that were working there on the weekend, goofing off while my dad wondered around, aimlessly in his wheelchair. All i know, is on Tuesday night he was fine and getting ready to come home... Wednesday, he couldn't even walk, he fell out of the car and he went down hill since leaving. He passed away May 30th. We can't really investigate bc we don't know what happened, what to do but we believe he was dropped or had fallen. However compared to other facilities, this was o... read more
