My mother, Norma Bybee, is very happy at NHC. She's always telling me how good everyone treats her. They are very accommodating!
There are some great individual nurses and cnas there. However , one cna left my father in law, who was paralyzed completely on his right side, on the toilet by himself. He lost his balance and fell, puncturing his diaphragm and shattering some of his spine. He had many problems from this.
We had a great time yesterday at the 4th July BBQ! I think dad had a good time also! The kids are always welcome there and I got little ones! Nurses, cna's and even housekeeper are always friendly and dont mind the kids! They give them Candy soda etc. if they got and they ask they give it! Really good care given to my dad! Thank you 😊 especially love the family involvement!!!
My mom's nurses, cna's and therapy people have been fantastic. Amy and her group of recreational people are incredible. Thanks for making my mom's transition much easier for her.
Spent time with my father in law yesterday! The nurse, Kristin was very helpful when giving us updates on his care! Hunter, his tech was also a blessing for dad and us! As well as Ginny (Medicaid) giving us updates as well! So glad dad is there and has such excellent care! Thank ya'll so much!
