RecommendedI got the best care when I was took to NHC after I broke my pelvis. the nurses the physical therapist OT therapist and the CNAs wonderful there ‼️‼️‼️ coming in on September the 9th left October 8th they helped me get back on my feet so fast and I greatly appreciate it ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Geneva Hale
Awful experience. Had my loved one in for a 2 week respite in the memory care. Staff is not adequately trained in the care of dementia/ Alzheimer’s residents. Unit was not secured - window and court yard gate not locked at all times as evidenced by my loved one getting out. Dinner to memory care was served at 330pm - that means they don’t get a meal again until breakfast - not in compliance with state regulations. The list goes on. Would not recommend.

Recommendedi had the best experience while here for rehabilitation. nurses,techs,therapist even administration are absolutely amazing. they truly care about their patients and residents. i would recommend this place to anyone needing to be in a skilled nursing facility or needing to find a place for a loved one. keep up the good work guys!!
