Please avoid this company at all costs! These people are unprofessional, disorganized, and they lie right to your face. There’s red flags everywhere. When my mother was admitted, I was told she would be getting 2 RN visits a week and 1 with the aid. This is low for hospice and I didn’t know better, but still that didn’t feel right. When I met the director of nurses, she was going to schedule more visits, but it was too late at that point and I wanted to transfer my mother. Great home health, Tammy is the best. We have been working with Tammy for several months and she’s always positive about how we are doing. The company is very supportive in our care. We will work with them again if need too.
I hate to say this.. but we have not had the best experience with them. My great grandma is at the end and we have had so many no calls/email, no show when we needed them and they knew that. Tons of drama between the employees. Hospice is there to make your family member or friend comfortable and just happy at the end - they are making it difficult. It should not be this stressful. I will truly say I love this company. I work with them on a daily and they are the best. Austin and Shelly are truly compassionate and care about patients. Anytime I have a patient who needs care or have questions they are 100% responsive and make sure the needs are met. Every family that I have referred to Nayar for care they have always been happy with the care received. I 1000% recommend this company
