My mom is totally getting the care she needs. Everyone is helpful.
The facility is very clean, did not have a smell! Residents in the common areas/nursing station were very pleasant and appeared well kept. Staff was friendly. We had a medication concern and the Director of Nursing and her assistant went above and beyond to address our concerns and even ordered labs to verify the medication was safe to take. I'm not impressed! I've never felt so abused and neglected in my life.
I went there on a tour. Looked like half the residents were all in the hall ways. The lady giving a tour when she found out my wife was on Medicare changed her tune. That they had some on a waiting list for more than 20 years. I still put my wife on waiting list. They called back to still see if I wanted her on waiting list. They transferred my call to her number. After 3 mins with no answering machine and just ringing. I called the receptionist and asked her to leave a message on her machine.
