My mom is totally getting the care she needs. Everyone is helpful.
The facility is very clean, did not have a smell! Residents in the common areas/nursing station were very pleasant and appeared well kept. Staff was friendly. We had a medication concern and the Director of Nursing and her assistant went above and beyond to address our concerns and even ordered labs to verify the medication was safe to take.
