I've had two previous colonoscopy's performed by Dr. Nguyenduc, and he is always professional, ready and willing to explain the process, and answers questions. I highly highly recommend him.
Told me he could do nothing to help me. Asked practice manager for different doctor and was denied reschedule. Asked why and was told that was confidential. Requested a call from practice manager and never got a return call. I was never rude or disrespectful. Treated very differently when I got a second opinion elsewhere.
Dr Nguyenduc, takes the time to explain things, which is very much appreciated!
Dr. Nguyenduc is a personable doctor. Whether at an office visit or at the procedure, I could tell he was focused on my well being. He made sure my questions were answered. I never felt rushed. I will continue to see him for any future gastro visits. Great staff at the Chandler Endoscopy center
