Don't ever make appointment with Dr. Tuan again. His in-house rule of cancellation is a rip-off, even though you cancel 2 weeks ahead. It's all about money, not about the true healthcare that all patients need .

They have a terrible rule that doesn't let you cancel/reschedule appointments or procedures even two weeks ahead and they make you agree to it. They charge $75. It's not right. With a two weeks notice they should be able to work with that . Most places only charge a cancelation fee for at 24 hr notices and are ok with two week notice. Unfair for patients who are struggling with childcare. Just got off the phone with some Vietnamese lady named 'Elise'. She had a heavy accent and came off as extremely rude and unhelpful. Didn't even bother to ask for my name or birthday, and had the audacity to claim they don't have my doctor's referrals without even knowing who I am. After looking up this place, it seems sketchy, and I've seen other comments echoing the same sentiment about this lady. I'll never call there again, let alone set foot in that establishment. I'm definitely finding a different place to go.
