Tôi thấy phòng khám của bác sĩ Tuan có một cô nhân viên. Rất là khó tính và thô lỗ , tôi chưa bao giờ thấy một phòng khám bác sĩ nào lại có một người nhân viên khó chịu , và thiếu kiên nhẫn như cô này , có lúc mình muốn hỏi vài câu cô ấy không cho mình nói mình rất không hài lòng về cách nói chuyện của cô ấy, rất tệ.
I have not met Dr Tuan but I would never go to his office based on the way the scheduler treated me on the phone. She was so rude. Wouldn't even tell me what part of town they were in. She kept saying that she sent me an email but I didn't get an email. She was so rude that I immediately Googled Dr Tuan to see what others say and everyone says the same thing. She must be his wife because why would he keep such a horrible employee?
Don't ever make appointment with Dr. Tuan again. His in-house rule of cancellation is a rip-off, even though you cancel 2 weeks ahead. It's all about money, not about the true healthcare that all patients need .
They have a terrible rule that doesn't let you cancel/reschedule appointments or procedures even two weeks ahead and they make you agree to it. They charge $75. It's not right. With a two weeks notice they should be able to work with that . Most places only charge a cancelation fee for at 24 hr notices and are ok with two week notice. Unfair for patients who are struggling with childcare.
