She is one of the best Dr. ever. Kind professional caring !!!! If you are real sick she cares
Called 3 times and left 3 voicemails in two weeks, trying to schedule an appointment. Their answering machine states that if you leave a message before 4pm, they will call you back before the end of that day. All 3 voicemails were left before 3pm. I never received a single call back from them. I've already gone through the process of changing my primary doctor, as the front desk at Dr. Nguyen's office is incredibly unreliable at returning messages. Just horrible.
Dumped me like a wet rag.. Had appointment for diabetes care and found out they moved and are no longer taking Garland people... Thanks a lot!
