worst office manager ever! for the reviewer complaining about the receptionists... I've worked there and its the worst place to work in, and I'm not talking about any of the doctors, the dermatologist and acupuncturist are the sweetest people you can ever meet, its the so called office manager (Dr. Nguyen's wife) who is the devil in that place. god, what a b*tch!! she is so uneducated she cusses at everyone, she yells at everyone,she can barely speak English but she sure knows all the bad words. if she could, she would hit t... read more
horrible experience Dr Nguyen is extremely friendly, explanative and helpful. The receptionists, however, are shockingly insensitive, pushy and offensive. I've had to 'deal' w/different receptionists at least 5 times over the past 10 years, and that's putting it lightly. It's an unfortunately high wall of ugly to go through in order to achieve such great health care.
