My new insurance Blue Shield of CA sent me to this office. I had a crown break off and called to make an appt. I waited over an hour of the scheduled time to be seen. I was made to feel that because my insurance was an HMO I was undeserving of respectful treatment. I was not charged the scheduled fee, but 5x as much. I didnt like that the dental room were not privae. i kept hearing people walk by and other procedures being done a few feed a way. The staff was nice and the doctors friendly. But i need a bit mor privacy.
