I find Dr. Nyguen to be an EXCELLENT doctor! He's extremely caring, does all he can for his patients. He honestly cares, talks with you, never tries to rush you. I'm beyond happy I've found him. Fingers crossed He takes my new plan.
Don't know what wrong with Dr.office now!? They never answer the phone!? I tried 4 days to get appointment for my husband to see Dr. DUC.with no luck . left a message as they request in answering machine & they will call back ASAP but until now 4 days later nobody call back!??tried to call again today 4 times ..still same thing no one answer phone.!?? Dr. Duc please check with your office phone system. or your staffs.Thks!
They do not have a voicemail and their message wants you to keep calling back during business hours. Staff is incredibly rude. Dr. Needs to help his patients when they ask for it.
