Super disappointing... I say Dr Nguyen 3-4 times... Was placed on a psychiatric med and within 2 weeks she told me to double my dose. I exclaimed, I've only just started the medicine as it was expensive... And she still said to double the dose. Long story short, I had an issue at work, where I was brought to the ER... I told the ER staff I just want to go home... They said you need to have a mental health professional.. and I said I have a psychiatrist.. they said that'll work. Except when the called her... Detail oriented and very thorough. Sets an agreed upon plan and expects patients to follow through. Strong personality, no push over.
One of the most thorough psychiatrists I have met with. She is my fourth psychiatrist, and my favorite so far. For the first visit she asked many questions about background and was willing to listen to my requests and accommodate me. She has a great personality and treated me with the utmost care.
