I worked with Jacob to replace the broken spring. Jacob did an excellent job explaining the issue and recommending a solutions. Jacob was quick and responsive. He showed up on time, he was able to ensure that the door is in good working order and calibrated efficiently before leaving. I'm happy to have found this company and had excellent results.

Dan did more than for me to repair the issue with my garage door. Dan did not just fix the torsion spring as well as helped me with the other garage door opener. I am grateful for the excellent customer service, communication, and repair skills that was provided to return us to functioning garage. I had a great experience with Garage Door Repair Squad Capitola. They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I called them on Tuesday afternoon and explained my problem. The service manager attempted to help me resolve the issue over the phone to avoid having to make a service call, however once it became clear that a call to the service department was required, the call was scheduled for the following day.
