If I could give -100 I would. This doctor is horrible. Does not show any respect or care for patients. His conversation with patients always sound like he is yelling at them and you can hear it from the waiting room. The only reason my parents use him is because they don’t speak the language well and there are shortage of doctors.

The worst doctor. Their phone is always line busy. Why? Because they pick up the phone but don't answer you and just leave it sitting on the table so other calls can't get through 😂 literally the worst service for patients and no privacy. You can hear everything about the patient he's seeing through the paper thin walls. PHIPA who?

Con người vô lương tâm, lượng đạo, không có tình nghĩa vói bệnh nhân hơn 20 năm. The worst family physician I’ve known. He closed down my elderly mother’s file without attaining our consent and not giving us heads-up so that we can look for a new family doctor to care for her medical conditions. He’s heartless, lack of morals conscience and discriminate against an elderly sick patient

The worst family doctor to exist. He is arrogant to the max, condescending and a total jerk. He refuses to write a doctor's note for very valid reasons. Dear Dr. Bao, just retire already, you aren't helping anyone. Many of us won't miss you when you're gone.
