What you read on this site does not reflect their service. Been using Doctor Marissa Mercado for 9 years. Has been a joy to see every time I need to see the Doctor. Remembers everything about me. Have never had a problem getting anything I need from the staff. I get top notch service every time I go to the doctor. You have to remember you are not the only patient they have. There's a reason for low rating. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Absolutely awful. I am still waiting on a response from June 29. If I ever get a response, it’s what they already have me doing, Dr. Mercado didn’t even know the medication/dosing she initially prescribed. They told me they initiated a PA for a medication, so I followed up and nothing was started that was nearly 2-3 weeks ago and I have wrote in for the past 5 days….no response.
Great Doctors office. Dr.Scott Ellis is awesome. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
