Again this group has canceled my appointment without 24hrs notice. On my last visit the office manager told a 93 year old man, who was in the office at the same time as me waiting to have a tube removed, that he would HAVE to leave. This was done by their office manager. All he was asking was if they were going to remove the tube as scheduled or no. 93 years old!!!!! The list of complaints for this practice is growing g.
My insurance paid $50,000 to do kidney in surgery I can't get no response from the assistance with my test results had the stent removal now I have a spleen damage.
I was humiliated at the front desk by the receptionist who had a total disregard for my privacy as she announced my private financial business in front of two waiting rooms of patients. She was loud enough to be heard and very insulting to me. I cried with humiliation and anger as I stood there. The nurse, office manager and Dr Katkoorie were kind to me, however it did not make up for the horrible experience at the front desk. Extremely poor customer service at front desk. Had an issue, kept getting disconnected. I tried to contact Candice, Office Mgr, about my concerns- no voicemail. I just want a call back. Hopefully will receive a Press Ganey review to express my concerns!
Dr.Devendar Katkoori didn’t check anything besides the notes left by the nurse. The urologist is required to check my privates if I say it’s hurting from there. Didn’t even bother to try to bring an interpreter for my mom and grandma. He made my mother cry as well because they didn’t prescribe any pain medicine for me. He even said that the pain was coming from my brain that I was imagining it.
