We were not told the wait would be 2.5 hours. Just left hanging. If we had been told, we could have gone somewhere else. Horrible experience for us. Beware!
I can’t explain how wonderful this facility is. From walking in to checking out I am always greeted with a smile.The doctors are so kind and really listen to my concerns. I always book my appointment on line and never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. My regular Drs office is always hard to get an appointment so I am really grateful for this urgent care.
Always been taken care of here, either as an established patient with an appointment, no appointment or urgent care. Great staff!!
I went in for common cold/ flu symptoms. I explained that a had a terrible cough and sore throat and that I was coughing up green mucus. They tested for flu, covid, and RSV. They all came back negative. Instead of prescribing medication for my symptoms they just prescribed an inhaler because I have a history of childhood asthma. I have spend the last eight days coughing like crazy with very little sleep. I tried over the counter medication and used the inhaler, but nothing helped.
