This place is awesome!. Prompt, efficient service but everyone still treats you like a person and not just another patient.
They treat you like family. They care about you. They take their time with you and answer your questions.
Great experiences at Dacula UC and seeing my primary care provider at this location. The online wait system is great, all of the staff super friendly and professional and the facility is clean and orderly. Julie Thatch in particular is fantastic.
Avoid this place like the plague, especially with young children or an actual emergency. No sense of urgency as my 1 yr old was leaving a trail of blood all over their floor and counter from a cut finger. I was running around with a paper towel trying to clean it up while they watched from the desk. Doctor and nurse had no clue what to do to stop the bleeding and blamed his crying on being hungry.
