I have been using this facility for three years now and never had a problem. Staff has always been kind, professional and very caring. I use all northeast Georgia Physicians Group doctors and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I am a very sick person and when I started going to them it was a God send I had endometrial cancer, blood clots in my lungs, lupus, fibromyalgia, gallbladder issues, both knees bone on bone, right ankle bone on bone, on top of a few more health issues. My husband (GENO) went here today of all days after the snow day yesterday. This place was awesome, clean, new, friendly, efficient. Professional but nice. His RN Lisa Legg was fantastik. Checked him over from head to toe, concerned for his symptoms. Swabbed him for everything. Spoke to him like a friend not a number. Lisa was 5 STAR.Then Chelsea the PA came in examined him. Was diagnosed and prescribed meds for flu. Flu test negative. Dr didn't even call to tell me not to take flu meds, that I had sinus infection and didn't prescribe anything. After being seen there before for sinus infection, and prescribed rx, Dr. Patel said use over the counter. She didn't want to treat me because I am a disabled veteran. She did not provide any care for me. She was rude and non caring.
I had a great experience with Dr. Patel and the nurses! However, the front desk wasn’t great. I made an appointment online the night before, but the front desk allowed a walk in to be seen before me. So, that was a frustrating beginning to my experience, but once I made it back, it was a quick and informative!
Very nice facility housing doctors across various practices. (See pic I posted of practices). I see Dr. Barrett (ob/gyn). Everything is new... clean, crisp, modern. Also means latest technology. Was able to find parking without issue each time.
