I have been to this urgent care facility for COVID in July 2024 and sinusitis in 2025. Both times the front office and staff have been great. I was seen in a timely manner. The nurses were friendly and not rushed. Both times Dr Patel was my attending physician and he was outstanding in listening to my problems and giving detailed explanations. I served in the Army medical corps and commanded hospitals in the Georgia Air National Guard and I found this Urgent Care location to be excellent.
They are scammers. Do not go to this hospital. I have BCBS HMO insurance. I needed urgent care, so I searched a few places on Google and called this location before going to confirm if my insurance was IN-NETWORK. Since I know that with an HMO plan, if a provider is OUT-OF-NETWORK, my insurance won't cover it, I wanted to make sure beforehand. The service was great at front desk! We joined the waiting list online, we were sent in about 5 minutes. Doctor was great,LPN was great. The reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is because they said they would call with results before closing. My chart doesn’t work, I didn’t get a code. So I don’t know my test results till I can call tomorrow. My family has been here many times and had great service every time. This is my preferred urgent care
