ER visit with 10 yr old broken collarbone.. wait over2 hours in pain, with nothing, said 30 minutes for dr to look at xray. another two hours of child in pain. Nothing. Take the drive to CHOA if your child is injured!!! Not worth the 4+ hour wait for pain relief for a child.

Went in with appendicitis and had a 3 day stay. Staff was wonderful from the ED, to the Surgeon, to Anesthesia, to the floor. I received great care. Thank you.
Courtney the AEMT who works in the ER is the best employee that this place has. She's compassionate, caring, attentive and has the absolute best bedside manner. She deserves a raise. I've been there 3 times this month and every time I've seen her, she was always busting her butt working, she doesn't sit around like some of the others who are lazy and just like chewing their gum really loudly and rolling their eyes at you.
