Absolute worst customer service. Called over 7 times after being referred here on the 4th. They call from a blocked number but luckily left a message. I call back and go through all of the options until appointments and then get a busy tone. I call back and the phone rings and rings and someone picks up and then hangs up. This happened multiple times. Then finally get someone and she says she can’t get into my account because someone else is in it and will probably call me in a few minutes. 4 hours later, nothing. Dr. Scales and the entire team were amazing. Great communication! Excellent professionalism! From pre-op, the procedure, and now - it was a welcoming process. Paperwork, phone calls, and visits were super friendly. Instructions were very clear. Facility was very clean. The whole Team was organized, prepared, and knowledgeable! 5 STARS! 💪
