While the provider we see is amazing and compassionate (Victoria Jordan), my experience with NEGA has been tainted by the handling of a billing issue. My insurance had a system update that erroneously placed a prior insurance as primary which resulted in them denying two office visit claims at this location. Every-time I leave here I cry. Like full on depressed, final straw. Rheumatology, physical therapy, cardiology, psychiatry, everybody else listens and takes me seriously.
Victoria Jordan, nurse practitioner is fantastic! Thorough and went through my whole chart and answered all my questions about diet and wellness. The reason for the 2-star review is for the lab department— I made an 8am appointment for fasting labs, got a sitter and arrived at 7:45. The clinic doesn’t even open the doors until 8 so don’t worry waste time showing up early like the app suggests. Office staff was excellent. I walked in without an appointment I had a question about a referrel that I was given and they fixed it right away. She was awesome.
