I had a deeply distressing experience with this office (Rhonda Beasley) during a medication refill request *anxiety pills which should not be skipped* ahead of a winter storm. (Moreover, I see this is a pattern of people loving their doctor's and struggling with telephone staff) I realized too late that I would not have enough medication to get through the storm. Retired Military Beware: This review is related to the billing department. We are a retired military family that was assigned to this provider. While the provider we see is amazing and compassionate (Victoria Jordan), my experience with NEGA has been tainted by the handling of a billing issue. My insurance had a system update that erroneously placed a prior insurance as primary which resulted in them denying two office visit claims at this location.
