I would give them a 0
They dropped the ball by rushing me back before verifying if my insurance was actually accepted. They did not allow me to decline services since it would be out of pocket, which is Medical fraud. Were they to tell me I was out of network I would have cancelled. Not to mention the Manager Whitney was completely unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. She literally walked away from me while I was still speaking and trying to get this matter resolved. She should not be managing anything let alone a healthcare facility.
Even when scheduling well in advance, appointments are with an FNP rather than a Dr. and the FNP is subpar at best. Physical exam outcomes are listed on after visit notes for things that were not examined. Recommendations were made for dietary changes when we did not discuss my current dietary habits. She was dismissive at best with a strong leaning toward rude. I have been a patient for around a decade, but I will not be back. currently seeking a new PCP who actually cares about patients.
