I love Ngozi. She’s always trying to help me. Very patient and her ambience makes you l feel like she’s family.
I called after a year and few months to schedule an appointment with Ngozi, the girl who answered the phone was so unprofessional, telling me huh if she doesn't hear what I say and she wanted to schedule me as a new patient to charge me $220 instead of $110 for a follow up, all what I wanted is to prescribe me the same medication as before.
Very comfortable place, I didn’t know what to think my first appointment, however the staff is super and concerned, makes you feel at home. The doctor Dr Ngozi Ugwu is a great listener and very concerned about your well being, her help tools she gives is right on. I feel very comfortable talking with the doctor and she really listens and gives tips on what to do to help you with your issues! I like coming to Bridge services!!!
