Horrible customer service, the lady behind the counter wanted to give me a stack of 20s for some gold I wanted to sell. I requested 100s and she said I was the first one to "complain". She said her customers were good with taking 5 bills for $10k+ worth. I'm not saving your lazy ass a trip to the bank while I hold a stack of loose change around. Co Thuy and the ladies at Ngoc Quang really helped make the whole ring buying process easy and honestly fun. They helped my fiancé pick out a ring that fit my style perfect. Extremely upfront about prices, and easily the cheapest in all of Phuoc loc tho. We went to almost all the other stores and they weren't even close to what Ngoc Quang was asking for.
