I’ve had a really bad experience here. I’ve been with State Farm since 2021. Over the past two years, my rates have been increasing continuously. At first, it was every six months. Then, within the past year, it became every three months. And now, it’s every single month. When I spoke with Ngoc Phung, she told me that my rate would stay the same and that I could contact her if anything changed.
