Is there a higher management or someone could solve this place due to their unprofessional work ethic. They book appointment for the patients but always triple- triple- triple bookings and the elders have to sit there and wait for an average of 1hr or more and she only spends 5’ with a patient after being wait for hr(s).
Appointments are always hard to get and the receptionist are the worst. Even when it’s an emergency they do nothing. My eye was in pain and I asked if it’s possible to see the doctor but they would not let me. When I eventually saw the doctor 3 weeks later the doctor told me I had an inflammation and infection. That I should have came in early and I told the doctor that I was not able to because the receptionist wouldn’t let me. She said say that it’s an emergency next time. She is so nice and carefully. Even on the weekend, she is willing to coming the offices if her patients is in emergency.
