Dr. Ngo is very knowledgeable, caring & brilliant. I listen to what he says & I follow thru 5 stars for sure.
Doctor NGO did not contact me as instructed, just months before my Mother passed away. He showed no sign of caring whether or not she got better. I hope nobody allows him to care for their loved ones. Enough said.
