Dr. Ngo is the most caring, intelligent, professional doctor we have ever been to. We have recommended him to many of his friends. We found his nurse to be exceptional in every way.
Love Dr. Ngo , but have to agree with others that his nurse is horrible. You can leave multiple messages and it's almost impossible to get a call back.
Dr Benjamin Ngo is excellent! He went above and beyond to help make sure i got treated for hep c n now im completely cured of it. But im highly unsatisfied with his nurse. You CAN NOT get thru to her on the phone and if you leave a message she won't call you back. I left multiple messages and when i finally got thru to her she said she got my messages and left me multiple mrssages back,which was a lie. She called back one time when i was at work and left me a message.Very rude and unprofessional
I have been waiting since last month for someone to call me back to get my procedure done and know one calls back and i have left 5 messages, i have never been treated like this from any other Doctors office.
