I’m 23 years old I have been in and out of the er since Christmas. Dr.NGO saw me at the clevand and clinic and recommended A colonoscopy and an endoscopy. After waiting 2 months for a follow up visit to see him he was unable to properly write me a prescription for zofy the dissolvable tablets( the only ones that work for people with stomach issues) after leaving his office with my insurance I was quoted 117$ for both procedures. I showed up today after doing two days of prep and the ladies in the office informed me that it w... read more
Dr NGO & Nurse Penny were wonderful to me. I was transferred from Traditions to CC North for my procedure. They explained the procedure every step of the way! Very caring and attentive.
Had a colonoscopy performed by Dr Ngo at Cleveland Clinic North. All staff were very pleasant and caring. Dr NGO’s bedside manner is of a very calming nature along with his level of professionalism. I would recommend and have recommended this doctor to my children. Therefore to put a child’s care in his hands tells you the confidence I have in him.

Saw Dr Ngo in hospital with admitted Mom. He is very knowledgeable and nice.
Dr. Ngo seems to be a decent doctor, knowledge wise. However, his office is extremely difficult to navigate. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist patients. Getting an appointment is almost impossible. This review is based on several experiences with the office. Please heed the warning and look for another Gastroenterologist.
Hello, I saw Dr. Ngo today in order to find out why I have heartburn and anemia. Dr. NGO is very friendly, kind, and professional. He explained my conditions clearly and professionally. He also ordered the appropriate tests.
I never meet the doctor until colonoscopy time due to covid . I had 2 teledoc phone consults with his nurse Brenda who I thought was very informative and took her time to understand my situation.after the procedure Doctor NGO sat down and explained everything . I felt very satisfied after he explained everything in detail . The girls at the office were helpful as well . I would highly recommend dr NGO.
I have had the same problem NO Calls back from nurse after 4 calls i drove to office and receptionist went and retrieved her!!
