Only reason they got 4 stars from me ; A little confusing on what they were going to do. they came out Quickly( after an other company said 3 months, then 3 more months),and were done in a few hours. Problem is they said it would take 2 days. I guess we'll see how it holds up.
After some recent storm damage to some siding I contacted NGM for service. ***** and the team were very quick to get out to assess the damage and cost and had this repaired within a day. The workmanship was very good and they made an effort to ensure the repair was long lasting as well as correct other items they discovered in the process. Exceptional customer service with great follow up. Highly recommend them for your home repair needs.

NGM did chimney repair for us. They were responsive, informative, willing to work with us on scheduling. We had it done late in the season, so it was too late to power wash the brick. We called back in the spring since there was still some light areas, and they came back right away to clean it up. In a world where most of the contractors we’ve worked with have been unreliable, NGM is a star and truly stands out.

We had a piece of siding come off our house recently due to high winds - when I called NGM and left a voicemail; within an hour or two someone called me back. I had a estimate that day - and work completed within the week. Would recommend!
