Overall good experience with NGM. They replaced several gutter downspouts, replaced some exterior wood trim that had rotted due to the leaky downspouts, cleaned our gutters, and replaced the lower part of a foot frame that also had some rot issues. They provided a prompt estimate free of charge (as opposed to other companies that charge around $70-80 for someone to come out). They were prompt and professional in their email communication. NGM repaired/replaced and repainted several water damaged soffits on my house. I appreciated the professionalism of the office and quality of work. In addition, the repair work was done in a timely manner and I didn't have to wait months for service.
These folks did a few jobs for me including fixing another contractors mess and they also cladded my exterior trim in aluminum. They did exactly what they proposed exactly when they said they would do it. No problems, no issues, no complaints from me.
