They did my braids uneven and they had different sizes. The lady was on the phone the whole time while pulling my hair. She wasn't paying much attention. She didn't braid to the ends neither. She didn't care if I liked the braids or not. Very unprofessional.
This place is tragic. They are unprofessional. They are always late. They don't always show up as instructed on the door. On top of that. They are rude to alot of customers.
The shop was clean and the service was great. The owner did my hair. I love the place.
This shop is so unprofessional and rude to the customers! Please don't spend your hard yearned money to be treated with total disrespect . The owner is the worse. They do not deserve a one star rating. Got my braids in one week and they started breaking my hair off the next week. Braids started falling out as well. This shop should be closed....stop supporting businesses that do not respect us... I'm done.
This place was a trip! The owner is rude as all get out! (the complexion problem african) She pulled my hair and insisted she make the braids smaller on my edges. I was disgusted.with her ways . I was asked where I got it done and gave her bad reviews everywhere I went. She will be out of business soon. They request money up front ,how shady. Spoke their native dialect the whole time and she is from WEST Africa beware! I would NOT recommend going there! NO TIP from me!
They speak another language about u while doing your hair; they braid neat around edges but in the middle an crown of your head they are big an not even braided to the end of our hair.They get paid upfront b4 your hair is done. So if u don't like it they don't care.Oh yeah they stop an eat breakfast, lunch and run errands while u are sittn there waitn.BEWARE!!!!!
The service was not great at all. I had my hair done there twice. During the first visit the hair braider was rude she snatched my head around alot. I kindly told her that she could take it easy on my head and she stated its about her being comfortable. After that she went and ate for about 45 minutes.Her braids itself were neat and bearable.
