I have spent a lot of money at Nexx. I have a gift card for a few hundred dollars and cannot reach any offices to book. I have heard rumors that all locations closed. So what am I supposed to do about my wasted money?

I’ve never had a worse experience with any business in my entire life. The people that work in this store are disgusting, have no intention of doing their job…it’s honestly a miracle they are still in business. I purchased a medical card a year ago, have been to and from the store at least 5 times to renew my prescription. The woman at the front desk has taken down my information about 17 times, and then does not call me to set up an appointment. Because of this, I have been unable to get my medicine for 6 months. Bought a Groupon for Xeomin for over 300 bucks. I have been trying to call them for days but NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE. I have already left messages but NO ONE IS CALLING ME BACK!!! So now I'm going to have to trade In the coupon because this business is not responding. Even if you end up getting an appointment by some sheer luck they responded, what happens if you end up getting an adverse reaction or complication like an infection?
