I called and was told they would be out that evening between 3:30-7:30P. Was told it was $99 for an estimate, then tried to upsell me on a $149 service package that included unlimited estimates on anything I wanted done for my house. They did not call and did not show up. Two days later I got a call asking if I wanted to reschedule. When I pointed out that they no called/no showed for their appointment and planned to charge for an estimate when all other companies do it for free, they just said "ok" and hung up. They were not cared for in years and Raccoons were getting on the roof, soon to enter the house. I chose Nexus Tree Removal in the neighborhood and gave them a call. They were good people willing to point us in the right direction. They came out promptly and gave us a great estimate on the removal. I highly recommend Nexus Tree Removal!

I hired Nexus Tree Removal to clear a very large pine, removed part of a large white birch and some cedar trees. They did this in an hour which was impressive. They cleaned up the site and gave recommendations and offered solutions for other issues I asked about. Very knowledgeable. The team did an amazing job and very impressed. I have used several different tree services over the years and these guys were top notch. Tom was great to work with, he gives you experienced based information on immediate needs v.s something you could wait on. His bid was competitive against three other bids. He and his crew were on time and worked efficiently. They had a crane lined up and handled a job that involved two large trees very close to our buildings. Cleanup was very good and all was handled very professionally. We will use Nexus Tree Removal in the future.

We were very pleased with Nexus Tree Removal crew and the job they did. They did a great job. They showed up on time, were very courteous and cleaned up each day. When they left the yard and patio were cleaner than when they got here. They were very professional and cautious when taking down the tree. They also did the stump grinding and left us with an area that is ready for new planting. They neatly stacked up the wood we were keeping for firewood.
