Avoid This Property Management Company If I could give zero stars, I would. The management of our condo association has been nothing short of negligent, with repeated civil code and ethics violations, as well as potential misconduct by the Board of Directors. I've been really impressed with Nexus Communities in the short time they've been managing our property. The level of communication and responsiveness to issues has been outstanding. After dealing with a previous property management company that was a disaster and left a lot of things unresolved, it's been refreshing to see Nexus Communities step in and make real progress. They're doing a great job cleaning up the mess from the past and getting things back on track. Definitely a much-needed improvement!

Nexus Smart Communities is a very unprofessional, unpolished team of poor leadership and value. This Nexus Smart Community is a BIG JOKE. They didn't communicate with the Homeowners at some important issues like water cut off. etc, just cut it off and call it emergency event the they have been notified the repair in advanced. They provide horrible service, this is the worst Management provider to HOA which I have been through many HOAfor years, stay far away. There are many better choices out there much reliable services than this one.
