The team is responsive and considerate to deal with. They are professionals. Jackiee Hong has been a great help as I've navigated a couple issues with my unit.
I’ve been very unhappy with the communication with the company. I’ve tried several avenues to reach a representative and all of which seem to have gone ignored. I’ve left emails, voicemails, and every time I speak to someone I’m simply told “I don’t know”.

I don't even have one positive thing to say about this company since they don't do one thing for our comunity. The community looked really good before Nexus tood over. Now is a totally different story. :( San Marino Community.
