When this place switched ownership everything fell apart. The manager Doug is rude to people and cut off my exes car in the parking lot while I was loading to go to airport. He then felt it necessary to play on his phone for several minutes. Don’t know why he was so urgent in getting around the car. Also, this staff doesn’t care about the dog feces around and try to drum up issues with tenants when they’re the problem. RecommendedI have called Columbia Crossing home for nearly 7 years now. The location, size of the units and value of the community can’t be beat in Arlington! And I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the office staff. I had ankle surgery a while back and was non-weight bearing for 6 weeks - not easy in a walk-up. Laura, one of our leasing agents in the office, went out of her way to be helpful, bringing me packages and checking in on me. RecommendedWe moved in about 2 and a 1/2 months ago it is a very large complex it's gated community we have 3 pools and a to extra to kewsy as plenty of parking the apartments are nice there we got the upstairs downstairs 2 bedrooms the other 2 bedroom is on in one floor very beautiful very friendly managers and workers we love living here so I recommend if you need a place to live to come check it out
