Worst place I have ever rented from. I have rented from them for four years, every thing was fine until things needed to be fixed and/or replaced. I have gone 8 days with out hot water, why it takes 8 days to get an okay from the owner is beyond me; it was only \$130 to get fixed. I have gone 2 months before having the laminate in the bathroom replaced. Toilet overflowed due to tree roots blocking the pipes and started causing mold under the flooring; not there fault no.
