I love working with Nexus they are always attentive and on point. They have handled every problem I have had.
I saw an apartment I was interested in, for days I sent several messages, called, left voice mails with my info, never got a response or a call back. It's truly disappointing.

Johnny Lopez maintenance tech is always respectful and gets the job done and if he don’t have the knowledge of what it need to be done he will let you know and send the proper person to get the job done.
I did apply online on October 22. I paid the fee, and no one called me back within 24 hours. They were quick to take the fee of $25 each. I paid for my son and me. I called after 2 days, and he asked me 3 questions and told me to continue looking on the site until an apartment becomes available. Still haven't received my refund as Nexus property management said. Where in December 3 still waiting on refund.
