Lost electricity suddenly, called maintenance for help, Johnny Lopez called me back very fast, said he was in route and on the way. 20 minutes later, he showed up, figured out the problem, and fixed it. Saved the day on New Year’s Day! Thank you Johnny!

I’ve had grievances in the past with some of the maintenance work/customer service from Nexus, but Jonathan S. is a keeper. He is very proactive and communicative, always providing quality work in a timely and respectful manner. Please don’t ever let him go!!
