I have been going here for months for a few different ailments and they are amazing! Great patient service and a relaxing, positive atmosphere!
The Nexus Physical Therapy team at the Hillcrest/Bankers Hill location is truly wonderful. The staff demonstrates genuine care for their patients and makes every effort to facilitate a full recovery. I received treatment at this location for eight months for a challenging case of bicep tendonitis. While the recovery process was lengthy, the team at Nexus ultimately enabled me to achieve a complete recovery and return to my normal activities. I came to Nexus for PT following a surgery. My initial session was pretty normal, but subsequent appointments left much to be desired w/r/t the skill level and professionalism of the staff. Most sessions seem to be handled by junior staff members who did not seem especially well-trained and who were extremely unengaged- after offering only cursory instructions for each exercise ("Now you'll be doing [exercise]."), they'd leave my immediate area and spend most of my appointments chatting and socializing with other staff. These folks are the best PT's I've worked with. I'm dealing with Spinal Stenosis at this point in my life (I'm over 60) and Kevin, Chad, Carlos, Natale and Claudia know what they're doing. Last thing I want is Spinal surgery. The exercises they taught me have been incredibly helpful. I'm happy to not be in pain. Again, Kudos to the entire team. Thanks to you all! Ed
