Dr. Trainor and her colleagues are incredible! From the welcoming Eric who is always proactive at reception to Dr. Trainor who is kind and thorough with her work, even providing follow up exercises to take home.

I’d highly recommend this physical therapy location. The head therapist, Lauren, was really thorough in understanding my baseline and pain threshold before catering a workout specifically for my shoulder pain. All the trainers/assistants and staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, and after 4 months I can honestly say that I’m back to living a pain-free life. Very awesome and clean therapist office with helpful and courteous staff! I look forward to seeing them again! Been going here for a while and noticed that I moving better and I walk a mile every day plus they are so caring when I was told that my sister passed away while at therapy excersizes! I think I will continue going to them for my arthritis!
