I want to start off by saying Dr. Rosenthal is a great doctor, however the office staff is horrible! They do NOT know what they are doing. I was recommended to have a procedure done every three months and after a year it should start to help. I have tried to have it done as recommended, but because the "insurance specialist " either doesn't care or know how, it never happens. I even tell them if they have a problem to let me know and I will call the insurance company. They NEVER call me after I leave messages or let me know ... read more
The staff is amazing. I have had two injections in my left lower back and I get bad anxiety when i go in for the procedure. They are always amazingly kind to me and talk to me through the whole thing to help keep my mind off of it. Dr. Lie is very thorough and makes the procedure fly by. They creat a great atsmopher and are always very thorough, and super helpful when it comes to my insurance.
No good to say the very least. Do a ton of research before coming here!!!!!!!
