Giving the building a 4.6/5 but Alexandria a 5/5 Had the pleasure of having this kind queen as a leasing agent, and she was welcoming, kind, AND knowledgable! made the leasing process a breeze and was super responsive to my 99 emails/questions! As for the building itself, she's lovely. And my view is literally a chef's kiss. Great value for the price and super fab facilities all while being a stone's throw from beautiful east & downtown (if you're into that sorta thing). very clean when I moved in and already feels like home... read more
I had a tour with this apartment and was looking forward to it… but the lady that gave us the tour was super rude. She was the leasing agent I’m guessing who gives the tours to the guests. I’m someone who won’t say anything and will keep my mouth shut, definitely a people pleasure and this is my first time writing a review, but I had to because this was such a bad experience, I was very uncomfortable to say the least. Today we had a bad experience with the Leasing Agent. She was very rude to my 18 year old daughter and me. I traveled from San Antonio to see the apartments because my daughter is a freshman at UT Austin, studying Biology and definitely needs an apartment. For now, she lives in the University dorms, but for comfort, she wants to move to an apartment. The lady was very rude and quite annoyed. This is the worst apartment I’ve lived in for the price that they charge. Take recent reviews with a grain of salt because they capture the opinions of new residents rather than long term ones such as myself. On the surface it seems like a decent apartment. They have a nice business center, lobby, pool area, and rooftop. But I would say the praise ends there. Living at Nexus East has been a great experience! The community is clean, the amenities are well maintained, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. The front office staff truly goes above and beyond. Alexandria Rojas once personally came out to help me jump my truck, which really showed how much she cares. Allen is also always friendly, happy, and greets me every morning with a smile — it’s little things like that that make a big difference.
