The worst part of living here was dealing with the incompetence of the management. I lived there for 1 year and the management seemed to change every 3 months. I also had to do 4 different forms of payment while I lived there because they kept changing the application that it was done through. I would send 5 emails over the course of 2 weeks asking the same question and after getting no reply, I would finally take time out of my busy work schedule to call and the management would act like they had just received the email. I was going to consider but the reviews are very awful. I don’t like smoking smell are any kinda of drugs thanks for the reviews from the potential tenants

The Maintenance team had my emergency work order resolved quickly. My experience has been fantastic in this community. Again, thank you Nexus at Sandhill team for always going above and beyond.
