My only issue is that I sat for a full hour after having novacaine administered before the doctor came in to perform the dental work. The dental work only took 15 to 20 minutes. I could have been back to work in just over an hour if I hadn't had to sit so long. I was beginning to fear the novacaine was going to wear off, and if that happened I wasn't going to allow any more so I would have to sit and wait again. I would have just left and maybe rescheduled. Everyone was very pleasant.
Despite being understaffed and having a slight wait, I still received excellent and timely care and was done with my appointment an hour after the scheduled start time.
Dr. Stofer's staff demonstrate consumate professionalism at every visit. My technician, Jenny, is always conversant in the specifics of my treatment with explanations that can be as detailed as wanted regarding the desired results of their services and consequences of not pursuing recommendations made. Dental Solutions makes dental hygiene as pleasant as is possible and provides excellent results.
Jenny was terrific! I usually see Becca who is also terrific but she was in the hospital having her baby (Congrats Becca!). Jenny was friendly, personable and my teeth felt great after my cleaning. Nice job!
