The team is always professional and polite. You can plan your clock around getting in on time and with a smile.
Jenny is awesome and does such a great jobs with kids. We will never go to anyone else.

Dr Bill and Jenny work together as a good team, Today was faster than normal as Jenny is a little under the weather and did not talk as much. hahahah
Just a routine cleaning today. As usual, everyone was professional, polite, and nice. Dr. Bill's wife gave me a nice tip on scoring ice melter for the recent snow (Thanks!) Dr. Bill and his crew always take great care of me, and I appreciate each of them a lot!

Another great experience (even though a cavity was found). One thought -- since I receive both text and email reminders, I really don't need a post card. I turned it down this time. Stamps are too expensive these days. I imagine many of your more tech-savvy customers don't really need snail mail anymore. Just a way to reduce your overhead a bit. I remember Dr. Bill counting rolls of toilet paper on one of my visits so I know every penny counts. :) BTW, love the new large screen televisions.
