I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, since it became Nextran the quality of service has gone down hill. 3 weeks ago i had my oil changed on my daughter car and i start to drive it home and its making a ticking sound, when i got home i checked the oil and it was overfull. I call them and they made me wait a week to get it back into the shop, when they finally got it back in they literally did nothing but pull the dipstick say yep it overfull and your fuel pump must be out. Scott Emrich and the team knocked it out of the park for me. They were able to get my problem solved so I could get back on the road. They diagnosed the problem right away and had a solution. If it wasn't for their quick and effective work, I would have been stranded three hours from home. They provided the highest level of service and were as professional as anybody I've ever dealt with in a service setting.
Kept me up on what was going on and very courteous.
My service representative Seth is awesome. Not only did he take care of every concern but set me on course to make so many concerns dissappear. This isn't a grab ass post. I was very concerned about the maintenance and getting my crazy stupid expensive truck fixed and serviced by people that know exactly what is wrong and needs updated and fixed correctly.
