VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE SURE THAT I FELT CONFORTABLE WITH THEIR ANSWERS. A LOT OF DEALERS TRY TO TALK OVER YOUR HEAD BUT I DIDN'T FEEL THAT AT ALL AT NEXTRAN.
We were told truck is fixed came to pick it up, turns out nothing was fixed for over 1 week. Absolutely tragic.
Nick Martinez and Seth McAfee were absolutely wonderful! The service was amazing from the time I scheduled my appointment to the time my vehicle was done and ready. 5 star service for sure!
