3 stars now... This is an update of the review below. I went back to this location and spoke with the same manager and mechanic from yesterday Joe and Brian. After some discussion back and forth, they agreed to try and fix the problem. It took 30 minutes. They fixed it. Turns out the clutch wasnt adjusted properly the first time. My trucks seems to be back to normal. I changed the stars to three because they were willing to fix what they broken at no charge. It's only three stars because they should've done this yesterday. Brought my motorhome in with transmission issues that were putting me in limp mode. The service advisor, Jason, treated me very well, explaining everything that the techs were doing to find the problem, and breaking down the costs and getting my approval before any work was done so that I wouldn't be hit with unexpected charges. Great team of people there.
