I recently visited there for some diagnostic issues with my 2007 Mack Dump Truck. I was told if I brought it in early Monday, 25 November 2024, they would get to it that morning, which didn’t happen, so I went back to the store on Tuesday evening because I still had not heard from them, at that time I was informed that they were unable to run a diagnostic check on my truck because of issue with the connection portal.
