NexTitle was very communicative throughout the time we were working closely together. I was always able to get someone on the phone right away if I needed anything. I learned too late that we could have done the signing at home but it wasn't a big deal to go in either. They were very accommodating and kind at their office as well as on the phone.
Prompt responsiveness and helped me when I had a few questions. They were the easiest part of my closing process
Nextitle seems to be a very efficient title company. The thing I love the most is that they came to our house for the closing procedure. This was very handy for us in the midst of packing up our house and getting ready for our move to our new house! The young lady who notarized all our documents was personable, friendly and efficient!
