Ok, Check this out. This firm gets a MASSIVE FIVE STARS for what they just did. This review will be straight to the point. I'm a realtor. My buyer went mutual on a home with a seller on Thursday and they closed on Tuesday. Cash buyer and I put it in the Purchase and Sale for a quick closing not thinking that it was a condo and they have HOA paperwork to deal with, I was thinking I would definitely have to ad a week extension to the contract. Experience was good up until we had an appointment to sign on our closing day. They missed the FedEx delivery in the morning so we ended up waiting close to two hours to even get the docs when we were supposed to be working, not ideal.
