Abionun Abu, I clearly asked you for knotless twist. If you couldn’t do it you should have said something to me, communication is the key to good customer service.. Customer satisfaction is also important when running a business. These braids are not neatly done as the pictures on your website. I feel cheated, misled, and ripped off. I have a vacation coming up in two weeks and I cannot go on my vacation with my hair like this.. Come check out NextHouston Braids!! You won’t regret it!! I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for 3 years. She has some of the cleanest parts I have EVER seen. The braids are neat and clean. She is super friendly and professional. We always have good conversations and watch entertaining shows during my appointments. I have been going here for a year now and I love every single style she had done for me. She has so much skills it's amazing. And I am NOT in the chair ALL DAY. 4 to 5ish hours is all I've ever been in the chair. And the neatness & quality has always been there from day one!.
