The 2023 housing market was extremely difficult to navigate and we would have been lost without Carmen's expertise and experience. We met Delia and Lisa when we when we viewed a house in north Sonoma. They were representing the seller, while the house was not a fit, we had a great interaction with them and they were able to show us another house nearby. Our first representative wasn't a fit and so I contacted Delia who was able to represent us and help put together an offer very quickly.
