Kim is amazing as is everyone that works there...she is kind helpful and extremely professional. I wish i didnt have to move....im hoping somthing else will come available with her so i dont have to change property managers 😢!
If I could zero stars I would. The property manager, Kim is an unprofessional lier. She is unresponsive to calls and text messages. I'm sure if you we're a home buyer or seller, she'd get back with you. She treats renters like 3rd class citizens. It took me over 40 days to receive my deposit back. She said it was in the mail after 30 days which was a lie. It was delivered to my house by someone in her office on day 41. I have no idea how this idiot runs a business. She must have good people working for her.
I was the first to put an application in on a rental property - After viewing it yesterday, I put a deposit down and said I would fill out an app for my fiance because they needed one for him as well. With both of our incomes we made well over the 3x the rent amount. Everything was good to go as soon as his background check came back, but I then got a call today and was told they ended up renting to another gentleman because he made $8000 a month instead of our $5652.
